Private online nervous system informed yoga sessions
designed to support your body through change, recovery, and everyday life
If your body feels stiff, stuck, or disconnected, it doesn't necessarily need fixing.Often, small shifts in how we move, breathe and pay attention can lead to meaningful change. In these one-to-one sessions, we explore movement in a way that responds to your body — building strength, coordination, and ease without forcing or overriding your natural signals. My role is to create a space where that process can unfold.
Suitable for all bodies and movement levels
You might benefit from this work if you:
feel stiff or disconnected from your body
are recovering from stress, injury, or childbirth
want to build strength without ignoring your body’s signals
want to move with more confident and ease
are curious about a more intuitive relationship with movement
How sessions work
Rather than demonstrating shapes to copy, sessions are guided primarily through words. This allows you to focus on what you feel in your body and discover ways of moving that are supportive and sustainable. Each session is designed in the moment, based on what feels needed for you and what I observe.Depending on what supports you that day, sessions range from slow and soft to more physically demanding.

About
When movement is approached with attention and curiosity, the body can reveal its own way of finding strength, coordination, and ease.
I'm Moni de Boo. For more than a decade I've been teaching and studying movement, anatomy, and the nervous system. My work began in yoga in 2014. Yoga continues to influence how I approach movement, the body and life. Over time, however, I came to feel that yoga alone was not always enough. After moving through pregnancy, birth and postpartum in my own life, I sensed that deeper healing asked for something more. That experience — together with a long-standing curiosity about how bodies move, adapt, and recover — led me to explore a wider range of approaches to working with the body.Through years of teaching and studying, my work has gradually evolved into the private movement sessions I offer today.Working individually allows me to notice subtle patterns, respond to what is present in your body, and support areas that may need more space, strength, or care. Rather than applying a fixed method, we explore movement in a way that works for your body.Over time, this process leads to greater steadiness, mobility, and confidence - not only within practice, but in everyday life.
People come to this work in many different situations. Some are navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, returning after injury, or experiencing stress, burnout, long COVID, hypermobility, or joint pain. Others simply want to understand their body better and explore movement with more awareness.
Training and influences
My background includes training in teaching private yoga sessions, pre- and postnatal movement, functional anatomy and movement education and nervous system-informed approaches to working with the body.
I continue to refine my understanding of movement through regular private Pilates practice and ongoing study with teachers working in therapeutic and somatic movement traditions.
